Hello Parents and Students,
As this school year is coming down to a close, it is important to remember that we still have a lot of work to do! As the weather gets warmer, we sometimes forget to turn in all of our assignments, or we get sloppy while writing them. Please remember to stay on top of your work, and always strive to do your best. I would love to give all of you my recommendation into the 5th grade, but you need to do your part as well.

Important things to remember:
Half Day on March 18, 2011. No lunch provided on this day. This is also the last day of the 3rd quarter.
Spring Break is March 21-25, 2011
AIMS testing week is April 11-15
Spring Recess is April 22-25, 2011
Half Day is April 29, 2011. No lunch provided on this day.
Half Day is May 13, 2011. No lunch provided on this day.
Last day of school is May 25, 2011

We have two field trips coming up. The first one is to Montezuma's Castle on March 16, 2011. We will be leaving school at 7:00 a.m. and returning to school at 3:00 p.m. Please have your child to school by 7:00 so they may go with us on the trip. Our second field trip is to the State Capitol. I will post details about this as it gets closer. We plan on going after AIMS testing week next month.
